The Museum of Arts and Design is planning a redesign for the ugly-as-sin aesthetically challenged 2 Columbus Circle building in which the original facade would be redone in a terra cotta scrim. (Proposed design, right.) Or we could just have Christo wrap it, declare it "art," and save the money.
