The New York Post takes us on a tour of the glamorous and annoying world of movie location rentals. "At any given moment, up to 70 New York-area film crews are shooting movies, commercials and TV shows - and all these productions need somewhere to shoot. So New Yorkers... are getting plenty of cash - as much as $2,000 a day - by letting the crews into their homes."

We've done the same thing here at Gawker's East Village walk-up headquarters. Once we were even offered a $500.00 location fee, but hairy porn troll Ron Jeremy said our bathroom was too "f—-ing nasty" and we lost the gig.
