Allegedly — by which we mean "according to publicists" — the new celebrity sex symbol is Sex and The City's Harry Goldenblatt, new husband of character Charlotte and a walking stereotype of the New York Jewish lawyer so extreme that it's a surprise the Anti-Defamation League folks haven't crapped themselves. (We think the show pleasurably trades in parodic identities, so we don't get worked up about it.)

"It is unusual that a television show has this not-so-great-looking guy with this hot girl, but I love it because it's often the way it happens. Especially with someone like Charlotte who has had her perfect little life set out and had it not work," 25-year-old Journey McFarlane says in the Post. (Hey Journey! My parents loved Steve Perry too!)

Young Journey is quite right: we call it "what one puts up with to date rich men in Manhattan." Women — and men — all over this city at this very moment are strategically running their expensively-manicured hands over their lovers' bodies to avoid huge clumps of horrifying back hair. Then, the shopping begins.
