First! The snowball is gathering around last week's WWD item about Rosie O'Donnell's publishers inflating her magazine's circulation numbers. The short version: Rosie wanted to bail on the mag, but her contract kept here there — as long as the mag was reaching certain numbers. It wasn't and it ain't.

Second! A Martha Stewart Omnimedia computer software employee says he was fired for being a big Jew. Among other offensive comments made by the employee's boss, perhaps this one will most bring home the bling in court: ""Jewish people like to stay home and do nothing. You can go home and never come back. I would do anything to give you a vacation for the rest of your life." And that, kids, is how you get paid in full.
