Evidently, some people think gunplay on the streets of Manhattan is a bad thing. (I always figured it would just weed out the population of annoying poor people who like to get in the way of a good rap battle.) Says a reader:

I emailed news of Lil' Kim's indictment to a friend who lives on Hudson Street, right where the shooting took place, and he's relieved that "justice" is finally being done. He wasn't home at the time, but did notice a few days after the event a small hole in his living room window (around head level) which ultimately turned out to be a bullet hole. There was a hole in the opposite wall, through into the bedroom, and across the bedroom where the bullet finally came to rest in the other wall. If anyone had been home, they might have taken one in the noggin.
