Since we've already entered the "Respect Copyrights" space this morning, here's an opportunity to again stoke the flames of our Manny Perry protest. A reader transcribes a passage from mildly adorable Scrubs star/indie director-blogger Zach Braff's liner notes from the Garden State soundtrack:

Special Thanks from Zach: I'd like to thank Bonnie, Jake, Josh, Cary, Chad, Myron, Rachel, Amanda Demme, Buck Damon and all the artists that very generously agreed to cut the fees for their music so we could afford to put them in Garden State. I'd also like to thank "Manny" the stunt guy in the anti-piracy announcements that play before every movie I see. We didn't have any stunts in the movie, but if we did, I would have said "Hey, let's get Manny, not just because he needs the dough, but because he knows lots of stunt guy jargon and that would be funny to hear him say words like "ram."

Actually, it would probably be a lot funnier to call Manny Perry with a job offer that quickly devolves into a hail of guttural pirate taunts. Not that we're recommending anyone do that. Taunting his 50-foot, propaganda-spouting image will be sufficient. For now.
