A funny thing happened while we're away at Sundance...studios continued to release movies and theaters kept showing them. Sort of. We were under the impression the rest of the world stopped while Hollywood freezes its ass off in Park City.

1. Are We There Yet?—$18.5 million
Ice Cube takes a road trip straight to the top of the box office! The Oscar buzz is palpable. Cube's big weekend has him nestling in somewhere between Paul Giamatti and Leonardo DiCaprio in the Best Actor race. And we all know how much the Academy loves a hit.

2. Coach Carter—$11 million
Samuel L. Jackson's turned in his "Bad Motherfucker" wallet for one that says "Bad Motherfucker Who Just Has The Kids' Best Interests at Heart." The stitching on the new one is somewhat harder to read on camera.

3. Meet the Fockers—$10.2 million
We have a sinking feeling that even after humans manage to bring Apocalypse to our planet and the earth is inhabited only by mutants with severe radiation poisoning, Meet the Fockers will still be bringing in a solid $8-10 million a weekend.

4. In Good Company—$8.5 million
Last week, we urged that someone issue a topical t-shirt to help the painfully skinny Topher Grace through his apparent bout of Olsenism. The Save Topher t-shirts are out, and our mission is complete.

5. Racing Stripes—$7.06 million
We don't have it in us to hate on a family film today. It was Ice Cube's weekend to shine, and we wouldn't want to detract from that.
