Subject: Ocicat or not?

Hi James,

Sorry to bug you (my last email went unanswered, so I know you're really busy) but, as a fellow cat lover, I thought maybe I could get your input on something. Plus, it's Friday, and I read once in the Times that blog-people love to talk about cats on Fridays.

Anyhow! Earlier this week I adopted a kitty of my very own. He's a beautiful boy, no more than 2 years old, and was instantly loyal and lovable from the very night I brought him home. We're getting along famously. He's also marvelous to look at, and the vet is rather certain he's an Egyptian Mau or an Ocicat. Knowing you to be a great lover of all things Ocicat, I thought you might be able to help me identify his breed.

I've attached a picture of him. He's so pretty and I love him so much and WHAT KIND OF CAT IS HE, JAMES, WHAT KIND?

My kitty and I eagerly await your response.

Best regards,
Jessica
