Hollywood PrivacyWatch celebrity sightings are sent in by our readers. Send yours to tips@defamer.com and let the world know that Tobey Maguire know that it's time to hit the treadmill.

In today's massive episode: Tom Hanks; Leonardo DiCaprio and Gisele Bundchen; Tobey Maguire; Halle Berry; John Cusack and Gina Gershon; Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman; Courteney Cox Arquette; Sean, Marlon, and Keenan Ivory Wayans; Brooke Shields and Greg Kinnear; Brett Ratner; Keira Knightley; Michael Chiklis; Barbara Eden and Jennifer Esposito; Rebecca Romijm and Jerry O'Connell; Mandy Moore; Vincent Gallo; Famke Janssen and Rory Cochrane; Trent Reznor; Matthew Perry; Adam Brody and Rachel Bilson; Ben Mackenzie; Karen O and Spike Jonze; Mikhala Gordon, Jimmy Kimmel, and Geena Davis; Diana Ross; Neil Patrick Harris; Anthony Kiedis, Danica McKellar, and Nicole Richie; Ted Casablanca; Emilio Estevez; Kaley Cuoco and Amy Davidson; Cuba Gooding Jr; Matt Leinart, Michael Rosenbaum, and Jose Canseco; Djimon Hounsou and Coby Jones; Robbie Williams; Tom Everett Scott; Ron Jeremy; Ed Marinara, Dyan Cannon, Dolph Lundgren, and Janice Dickinson; Josh Charles; a London twin; Some guy from Passions with hair that looks like brains.

· Friday March 18, Tom Hanks eating at Kate Mantilini's and then attending a screening of the silent classisc The Big Parade at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences on Wilshire in Beverly Hills. TH surrounded mostly by young assistant types, with a single silver head producer sort at the other end of the table. Wedenesday March 23, Courteney Cox Arquette and a female pal having dinner at Morel's Bistro at the Grove. CCA chowing down on a salad and engaged in animated conversation with ther friend. Not nearly as emaciated looking as she was on Friends. I guess if you're not on TV any more they let you eat.

· on Easter Sunday, my wife and I were having brunch right by the Farmer's Market in Pacific Palisades when Leo and Gisele made a cameo by cruising through and checking the scene out before retreating to Leo's Toyota Prius and speeding away. They looked...strange. Holding hands and all, but he had that too-serious look on his face that he's been sporting ever since he tried to change his image and win an academy award. She looked lovely, but...vacant. Is that really a surprise, though?

· Saw Tubby, I mean Tobey Maguire at 3rd Street Promenade last weekend. He really needs to lay off the twinkies.

· I ran the LA marathon on sunday and my fiancee spotted halle berry around mile 3 or 4 on the corner of Exposition and Vermont. She was with some normal people, her family maybe (?). She was extremely well kept, great hair, looked hot and stood out even though she was wearing sweats.

· went to see elvis costello saturday night at the wiltern. he was amazing. great show. a few seats in front of me i spotted john cusack and male companion (not jeremy piven). john was dressed in black hat, black shirt, black cargo pants and kinda looked like he had just gotten out of bed. but hey, he was in 'say anything' so you gotta cut the guy some slack. also nearby was gina gershon and her boyfriend, who i believe is the hotelier (is that even a word?) fella. he has good hair. also in attendance was the bald guy who played carrie's bald, gay friend Stanford on 'sex and the city.' there were also more hollywood-types scattered about with absolutely zero notability but still acted as if they did.

· Friday night around 7:30 pm at Blowfish Sushi, a family is seated next to us. Who is it? Danny DeVito, his wife Rhea Perlman and their whole clan of kids. It was actually kind of touching to see a Hollywood family together on a Friday night. Seeing as how Jennifer officially filed for divorce from Brad this morning, I guess Danny and Rhea are one of
the few Hollywood marriages that are still intact.

· Yesterday, Shawn, Marlon, and Keenan Ivory Wayans all bouncing around The Grove (Damon and Kim were nowhere to be seen). After deliberating on how many to buy Marlon and Shawn purchased about 10 Yu! Gi! Oh! DVDs (without reading the boxes on any of them) and then spent about five minutes spouting phone numbers to the cashier until they found a number that would give them their Barnes and Noble Reader's Advantage 10% discount. This,
of course, included shouting for Shawn to leave the magazine rack and come to the counter to help. Sadly, I couldn't write any of the numbers down. They celebrated with a trip to the Coffee Bean before skipping back to their nearby offices.

· Saw the White Chicks themselves, Sean and Marlon Wayans, at the Barnes and Noble at the Grove on Wednesday. For future reference, Sean is the one who isn't funny and Marlon, at the very least, is funnier than Sean. Marlon was sporting a mohawk, wallet chain and Black Sabbath jacket, forcing everyone in sight to reevaluate stereotypes. They went to the music section, but, as Barnes and Noble doesn't have the punk or metal selection that Marlon seemed to dressed for, he bought a stack of DVDs instead.

· I rarely gawk. But at "The Brentwood" Wednesday, Brooke Shields was singing happy birthday to her husband Chris Henchy. She is so beautiful! Whoa!! Greg Kinnear even got up from his booth to wish him happy birthday and score some free cake.

· this shouldn't count as a sighting since there were so many c-listers it was like being in a celebrity zoo, but I saw your favorite hacktastic director Brett Ratner at the Gen Art Film Festival party at the Armani Casa store on Wednesday night. I'd like to report that he was very polite and made space for me to sidle up to the bar for
some free liquor and then left a $5 tip for his drink.

· all on Monday 3/21: Keira Knightley (newsboy cap, off-the-shoulder top, jeans tucked into boots) at Il Fornaio in Beverly Hills Cristina Ferrare Thomopolous (just days after her ex, John Delorean, died!) in Bebe (don't ask-my friend wanted to go in) with her daughter - was on her cell the whole time - didn't seem distraught or to be grieving Michael Chiklis ("The Shield") driving, but leaning out far more than necessary of a big SUV, on Mulholland. Tuesday 3/22: Barbara Eden and Jennifer Esposito (not together!) at Neiman Marcus

· R.Romijn and J.O'Connell at Cafe Stella last night. Super smiley and happy to be together but the making out at the bar was a bit weird. They made out for 20 minutes between sips of Cotes-du-Rhone and nibbles of crudite waiting for their table. I had seen them 2 Sundays ago with their shopping cart at the Rose bowl. He is much cuter than expectied, ripped arms. She had a zebra scarf in her hair all sixties style. I also heard in the crowds that Andie Macdowell was there, but didn't see it for myself. I like that though, Andie gettin' all EAST SIDE.

Friday afternoon, Mandy Moore parking a brand new/no plates black BMW X5 outside the new Marc Jacobs store. She was in sweats heading in the "collection" store.

· Wednesday at Ago... Vincent Gallo standing against a wall by the bar. Rory Cochrane and Famke Janssen dining at a nearby table. Saturday at Equinox on Sunset... Trent Reznor, looking pale but very healthy, presumably pumping up for an upcoming tour? I know he has a new record coming out.

· Sunday around 11am-ish I'm driving with my hot British girlfriend east on the 10 when she starts drooling all over a really high-end BMW 2-seater (not the Z4, the one that costs $100k) that is in the next lane over from us. Both cars were doing about 80 mph. The Bimmer was silver and shiny and definitely hot. Then my girlfriend starts hyperventilating and flicking spittle all over her window, because she realized Matthew Perry was driving it (amazingly, he wasn't weaving all over the freeway, but I guess it was too early to be drinking), with some other guy in the passenger seat. My girlfriend frantically started waving at him, trying to get his attention, but thank god he got off at the La Cienega exit a few seconds later (heading to Bikram Yoga HQ, perhaps?). He was looking all manly in his shades and five o'clock shadow, and my girlfriend couldn't stop jibbering about how hot he was all day long. God celebrities are annoying. Even if they're not trying to be. [Ed.note—Are we being put on? Could be.]

· At Pace on Laurel Canyon last night: Adam Brody and Rachel Bilson. They looked weirdly shellshocked and stricken, kind of like they'd just witnessed a particularly gruesome car accident. Clearly they didn't have the chocolate souffle, because they'd have been grinning stuporously like I was. They were scrawny and pallid and their faces looked like they'd been molded out of plastic, leading me to believe that Adam and Rachel have actually cloned themselves so they can more efficiently hit every hip eatery and indie rock show in town.

· Saturday night at El Cholo in Santa Monica. I thought the 30 margaritas I consumed were playing tricks on me, but noooo, it really WAS Benjamin "Welcome to the O.C., Bitch" Mackenzie chowing down on some fine Mexican food! He was with a girl who didn't seem to be a date and someone else, but the third person was in a booth with their back to me so I couldn't decipher gender. He could tell I recognized him, especially when I clearly grabbed my boyfriend and pointed, squealing with delight (please remember: I had consumed 30 margaritas at this point). He looks very young in person with gorgeous, shiny hair.

· so last tuesday i saw karen o. (yeah yeah yeah's) at the City of Hope Rock the Runway party (lame). she let us take pictures with her and nick zinner (guitarist). both were wispier and tinier in person but EXTREMELY cool....but then this past saturday 3/19, i saw karen o. again but this time she was at st. nick's pub on 3rd street in L.A. canoodling in a booth with everybody's fave director spike jonze. they were sitting dangerously close to our drunk birthday gathering (and each other) but were friendly and took pictures of us with their camera phone. they both rock.

· Three sightings on Saturday… Recently banished “Idol” contestant Mikhalah Gordon walking down Melrose a few days after the big send-off. She was with a friend. Did a u-turn to see her up close … hair all frizzed out. She has a tattoo of what looks like an Italian flag on her lower back. Figures. Jimmy Kimmel outside his Hollywood Hills home near the Cahuenga Pass. He was dressed like he just got out of bed … no shoes … and was with a few real estate-types inspecting the outside of the house. He had to move to get out of the way of my car. Geena Davis at the Third Street Promenade with her husband.

· Monday, 3/28, 8 pm. At the Ralph's at Beverly & Doheny, spotted Diana Ross cruising the aisles in a long-sleeved black t-shirt and beige seal hunters (Uggs). Her hair was a veritable mop, cluttered with bits of straw, snapped twigs, and gum wrappers. Well, not really, but it was easy to imagine. Anyways, I tried talking loudly in a Swiss accent about my real estate holdings, but she ignored the chum and went teetering outside toward her car. I've heard that she's a regular there.

· At breakfast with my gay friend at Panera in Studio City, we spotted Neil Patrick Harris, aka Doogie Howser MD. He looked well. My friend was convinced he was giving him the eye, but he thinks that about everyone, the preening fuck.

· Having lunch on Beverly Dr. with a friend, we saw Anthony Kiedis and
Danica McKellar (the girl who played "Winnie Cooper" on "The Wonder Years") hanging out separately by The Farm. Then as we made our way to the parking garage elevator across the street, who should get on? None other than Nicole Richie and some gal-pal. They were gabbing about "Ashlee," whom I took to be Ashlee Simpson. Nicole's pal kept on talking about how "she cheats on him all the time and he has no clue!" Could they have been talking about Ryan Cabrerra? Hmmm...

· Since he is always dishing everyone's else's dirt, I felt compelled to report that we saw E's Ted
Casablanca
(& regular Defamer link-to) @ West Hollywood's Basix Sat night. With a sense of entitlement, he commandeered the large corner table—prime real estate—even though it was just him and a generic 40ish gay guy trying to look 25. Ted turned away the garlic bread that accompanied his entree...made the waiter return it to kitchen.
Apparently the the mere sight of carb is even too much.

· Emilio Estevez at Starbucks in Studio City. He is very short but adorable. I was so tempted to tap him on the shoulder and ask "was it the gambling, hookers or drugs that got Charlie??"

· 1) Kaley Cuoco and Amy Davidson from 8 Simple Rules catching the Friday night showing of Ashton Kutcher's "Guess Who? at the Sherman Oaks Galleria." Saw the girls sit down and then ask the girl sitting next to them to watch their purses while they went to the bathroom. Watch their purses?! Didn't they learn
anything from the Paris Hilton sidekick incident?? I take that back, they seem like nice girls and don't
have to worry about those type of things like whore Paris would.

· Thursday night saw the hero of Southern California sports (and my new masturbation fantasy), USC quarterback Matt Leinart and some other big players, but none as hot as him. Seriously gorgeous. We couldn't stop staring and he couldn't keep the girls away from him, it was like he had some sort of gravitational pull on every woman's vagina. He could probably make a run for mayor right now and win in a landslide. Michael Rosenbaum (Lex Luthor) was getting his groove on with a hot girl and Jose Canseco showed up with his leather sandal face, but no one wanted to talk to him. Some small woman on the red carpet was talking shit to him about "Sitting on a throne of lies" and jabbing her finger at him which was funny.

Sunday afternoon Djimon Hounsou was at Baja Cantina MDR with a bunch of hot biker guys watching March Madness games and looking bored, yet hot, with a gray beard. I told him we met at the Oscar's last year and he didn't care. My roommate even stuck her tits in his face, but no reaction..no wonder he was nominated for an Oscar. Soccer star Coby Jones and his dreadlocks bounced over to talk to him later and non-Gladiator managed to smile at him. Shouldn't he have been playing in the US vs. Mexico soccer game?

· I saw Cuba Gooding Jr. over the weekend in Laguna Beach (you know, the real Orange County.) Looks just like he does on film, but he looks a little taller in person. Was with some chick, but didn't get a good look at her.

· Last night (3/22) at Cinespace in Hollywood, Robbie Williams was seen jumping enthusiastically around to the Ali G-esque Welsh faux hip-hop group Goldie Lookin' Chain.

· Saw Tom Everett Scott (of the new show Stacked, with Pam Anderson) in The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf on Ventura Blvd. in Encino (in the valley - ew!) He ordered a coffee, a hot chocolate and a chocolate milk to go. Looked pretty schlubby - hat, unkempt hair, nerdy glasses and too-long baggy jeans.

· ron jeremy at the crue show! tanding in the walkway behind us in our pretty decent swag seats, was none other than mr. ron jeremy. he was there forever...not sure waht the deal was. he was close to backstage entrance...didn't seem like vince hooked him up very well..shouldn't he have been in some cushy surreal life box? was he waiting to get backstage? did his seats suck? at least by standing there he was blocking security's view so we could smoke. my friend was so excited when i pointer out the ronster...he had a seizure like fit and PUNCHED RON IN THE ARM. and ron totally didn't even react! didn't flinch....weird. when the crue got into their *new* stuff and we sat down (as did most of the forum) i couldn't stop thinking...ron's crotch is RIGHT BEHIND me. i'd turn and there it was, right in my face. with tommy on stage, it was giant c0ck fest!

· Saturday: Saw Ed Marinara (Hills Street Blues), Dyan Cannon, Dolph Lundgren and now re-hot (America's Next Top Model ) Janice Dickinson (with her teen son) all within 5 feet of each other. Interestingly, no interaction between any of them. I had to do a quick Mullet check on my head to see if I was in a time warp flashback.

· Josh Charles rocking out to Feist (REMEMBER THAT NAME...SHE'S GOING TO BE
HUGE) last night at the Arts & Crafts triple-header at the Troubadour. He was all geeked out with the swaying and dancing and picture taking, but it's pretty fucking rad that he was just as into it as the rest of the crowd was.

· I saw one of the London twins — Jason?Jeremy?...not sure which one – walking down Ventura Blvd. near Kester today. He was holding something (a book?...a man-purse?) and looked lost and confused. He was surprisingly tall and slender and his hair was styled in a short, boyish cut. My suggestion: one of these twins needs to bust an M.K. move and dye his hair or become anorexic or dress like a hobo cause I’m sure the fact that they look so much alike has something to do with their inability to break out. I mean, do YOU know which one was on P.O.5 and which was in Dazed & Confused??

· In the lowest rent Privacy Watch sighting ever, I saw the dude who plays Chad "I Impregnated My Sister, But In My Defense I Didn't Know She Was My Sister When I Impregnated Her, Although I Know It Now And I Still Want To Sleep With Her Because I'm Crazy" Harris on NBC's high-larious soap Passions, this weekend at Electric Lotus. He seems very pleased with himself despite the fact that his hair looks like brains.
