It's never too hot for terror! A reader writes:

The block of 38th Street between 5th and 6th was blocked off by the police from 8:30 to 9:45 this morning. The official reason given was the universal "suspicious package." We were just recently allowed back to work.

The best part was: the police announced that we had to turn our cell phones off, and just about everyone immediately called someone and started saying "Yeah, I can't talk. I've got to turn my cell phone off."

Any idea what caused all the ruckus?
