'Radar' Card-Chucking Poses Significant Threat

BREAKING RADAR POSTHUMOUS UPDATE! It would seem that the scattering of former Radar staffer Mark Michaelson's business cards, which are currently littering 23rd Street, is not an isolated incident. A reader writes:
FYI, Mark Michaelson tossed his cards when he got fired from Newsweek some years ago — sorry to see he's still doing this.
Oh my God. He's a chronic card-tosser, and he's still at large. Please be alert out there. Note that the suspect talks fast, rolls his own cigarettes, and drinks Guinness and Vodka. Michaelson follows/stalks business cards and maintains a journal of his actions; he is intelligent and talks a good talk, but should be considered dangerous.
