Bill Clinton was spotted leaving the Milstein Hospital building, a branch of Columbia Presbyterian medical center at 168th and Broadway early this afternoon. He must have been leaving a checkup. We were told to hold back due to 'a lot of traffic' by a guard and watched as the former pres left the hospital (hopefully not for a cheeseburger and
fries for lunch).

I saw Monica Lewinsky at the Biennial yesterday. I walked up the stairs to the second floor, came face to face with Adam McEwen's faux-bituary of Bill Clinton and I SWEAR TO GOD Monica was the next thing I saw. She's not small. Long luxurious black hair.

At 2:30 my coworker saw Chelsea Clinton at the Barnes and Noble Bookstore in Citicorp Center. She said she was very friendly and said "hello" to people that recognized her. She could not believe how much she looked like her father.

Last night at 8:00 pm (4/26) I saw George Clooney dining at Nobu (Tribeca) wearing a tan crew neck tightly fitted shirt talking animatedly to a blond man. He glanced at me looking at him but didn't seem annoyed just continued to talk to the blond man who seemed bemused by the attention.

Still in the store (Adidas on Wooster in Soho) Arnold Schwarzenegger shopping, security galore. He's wearing a white dress shirt and looks very muscular. They just shut the gate on the "gawkers!" minutes too late!

Susan Sarandon, first in line at the peace march yesterday (Al Sharpton, Cindy Sheehan and the ubiquitous Jesse Jackson were there too, but Susan was the most glamorous). Matthew Modine, about 10 rows behind, tall and cute taking pictures with a very serious camera. His wife was there too. Then, as we needed a bathroom break at Bloomingdale's Soho after the march, Giorgio Armani. Not the perfume, not the sunglasses, not the bed sheets, but the man himself. Perched atop a makeup chair at the cosmetics counter, looking like he does in all the pictures, obsessively neat, tan and glum. He was surrounded and being ignored by several handsome, elegant Italian men. He's a weird sighting.

Sat right next to the one and only Julia Roberts, along with her gorgeous husband and their adorable twins, Phinn and Hazel. She was in a black, long-sleeved v-neck, jeans and sneakers. She's very pretty and shorter than I expected (about 5'7"). She looked kind of annoyed because the entire place was staring at her. Actually, maybe they were staring at her hot husband?

Sunday, April 30th: saw Justin Timberlake with a couple of other dudes in front of Papaya
King on 7th Ave...was finishing a snack and laughing while crossing the street. At least he was cool enough to throw his napkin in the trash and not just drop it...

On my way out of Il Bucco, I saw Liev and Naomi sitting at outside table eating. Talking with some unknown man, who then left them and joined another table. They seemed to know him. Both Liev and Naomi looked gorgeous in person.

Just checked into the Hudson Hotel for a dirty weekend with my hubby and got line jumped by Sienna Miller. The front desk was having problems with the key-card machines and it was taking a bit of time to check everyone in. Her friend/minder suggested that we were already waiting and she should step behind us. We all checked in at the same time and then were escorted to our floors by the desk clerk. As we are staying on a lower floor—she's in the penthouse, we, alas, are not— poor Sienna and her friend had to step off the lift and wait for us while the clerk escorted us to our room to let us in with a master key. She looked cute, with messy hair under a straw hat and a giant, white Jimmy Choo bag. I was defintitely loosing the bag war with my lowly, Luella Giselle.

I saw Cynthia Nixon & Ethan Hawke tonight at the premier of "The Last Thing" at the AMC Loews in Lincoln Center. Cynthia Nixon looked gorgeous in a dress with artichokes on it (random) and Ethan Hawk looked grungy, but sexy nonetheless.

I was standing on the corner of 21st and 9th, when Uma Thurman, holding her sleeping son in her arms, stopped in front of me to argue with Ethan Hawke. They both looked annoyed with each other. She told him to go ahead and she'll follow. I crossed the street and watched until they walked into their townhouse.

Just saw Sting and Trudie near 62nd on Central Park west (12:55 PM). Leisurely hanging out on a bench like any ole NY couple enjoying the gorgeous Sunday weather. Sting and Trudie acting like normal people! Wow.

Chris Martin at the premiere of Ed Burns' new film "The Groomsmen" at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with his hood on until the film started. Once it was over... the hood went back on and he was out incognito. I don't think anyone really even noticed him.

Singer Beck seen at Route 66 Cafe on 56th and 9th Ave having a Sunday morning brunch with his family. Looking adorably indie too!

Thursday 4/27 mid-day, saw last year's most sexy starlet Scarlett Johansson on a movie shoot on the S train platform at Grand Central. They had one entire platform blocked-off so as you waited for your train to depart, passengers got an up-close, fish-bowl look at Scarlet ( She's short! She's heavy! Her hair's dark!) and the process of movie making (director shouting: "Cut!" just like in the movies!) Her scene was with a young boy no older than five, so it seemed sweet.

Saw Jonathan Rhys-Meyers in line at Grey Dog in the West Village. His black Mercedes with driver idled across the street while JRM, clad in a brown hoodie and looking very normal (albeit beautiful and normal) waited in line to get some joe. He is very pretty, as expected, but far less mysterious looking or angular in the jaw area as one might guess from photos, "Match Point", etc. He was alone. I almost joined him but i was on my way to work and had to run...

Saw Jude Law at Equinox on Greenwich at 8:30am. He was working out on the step climber and then running on the treadmill. He was wearing a headband type thing and ugly white shorts. I can't believe I used to think he was good looking. He had no muscle tone and there was nothing appealing about him.

I saw Adrien Grenier from Entourage tonite at the SoHo Grand at about 12:30 AM. He was being followed by 3 women who wanted his autograph, he chatted with them and seemed really nice, then headed upstairs. He's a lot shorter than I would expected, but was still very hot.

Sitting directly across from Tom Wolfe at LaGuardia. Saw him going thru security sans white coat and shoes (but w/ white pants and suspenders). Contemplating starting conversation just to figure out where he's going (and what he may be researching).

Liam Neeson, Natasha Richardson & Aidan Quinn @ Broadway play "Festen" on April 27th - Natasha was smoking a cigarette. Liam was just SMOKIN!

Just saw Sin City and Carnival's Nick Stahl quietly attending Columbia University's celebration of the Tribeca Film Festival at 136 Reade Street. He kept to himself the whole evening sipping beer and smoking Marlboro Lights outside. Seemed very nice, he's a Texan after all.

Mama always told me to brush my nappy hair before going out in public (you never know who you might see), but unfortunately I did not, and ran into Alec Baldwin in (gasp) McDonald's at 92nd/Columbus. Ordering a veggie Big Mac? WTF? Yo Alec - Micky D's not so healthy. Seemed jovial - smiled at me despite nappy hair. Perhaps happy that Sheen-Richards scandal is 10x crazier than his own custody circus?

6:30pm, Thursday evening. I was standing on the corner of union sq east and 15th street when a shiny black chauffeur-driven escalade slithered by. Rear window wide open with a handsome but glazed looking Jeff Goldblum staring out. He was making that weird sideways "v" gesture w/his fingers that we've all seen in the recent coverage of the new Bill Clinton portrait.

Went last night to hear Seu Jorge at Irving Plaza. Stood near Willem Dafoe who is not just "shorter than expected" but is TINY. Peter Bogdanovich dropped in and stayed for a while. Wes Anderson was there, too. Best of all was Bill Murray who, sadly, was wearing what looked like a Tommy Bahamas shirt and sporting a bright orange visor (we were inside, it was nighttime, there was no need). Still, he was grooving to the rhythms.

Saw an amazingly gorgeous Mark Ruffalo outside his play, last night on 44th and 6th. It was a great play, and Mark agreed that I should have a few of his babies.

Had a double whammy traveling out of LaGuardia on Friday. In the security line? Andre 3000. Adorable, but wee. Not necessarily short, but has what is commonly referred to as a small frame. No one noticed him. Of course, there were about 10 people at the terminal at that time. Not five minutes later, in line at Nathan's I look to my right and see Bobby Brown. Alas, no "Crack is Wack" wife unit. Rehab again, right? BB actually doesn't look as dirty/creepy as you would imagine. Same as Andre, no one noticed, although in BB's case you could see that he really, really, really wanted people to do just that. Figured they were flying Delta back to their respective homes in Atlanta.

I saw Alexis Bledel at around 1.10pm walking through Washington Square Park. She was heading towards LaGuardia wearing a white t-shirt and jeans with sunglasses...a bit frumpy.

Saw Richard Gere on Sullivan st, between Bleecker and Houston. He got out of a black BMW with a driver + two guys who looked like body guards with headsets. Walked into a brownstone for about 5 minutes then came out and went back into the BMW and drove north on Sullivan.

Robert DeNiro on 6th Ave b/w Broome & Grand, 9:15am, Thurs 4/27, wearing baseball hat, carrying a cup of coffee and the newspaper, talking to his bodyguard/driver. I noticed the gleaming black Escalade and bodyguard first (dead giveaway that there is a celebrity within 20 feet). The trademark sneer is unmistakable.

4:45PM—Marky Mark getting into a car parked on CPS (59th near Columbus Circle) with his golf clubs. Dressed head to toe in golfing attire including sun visor. He drove off by himself.

Laurence Fishburne leaves the men's room at Bloomberg without washing his hands. Next time he extends his hand and asks "the red one or the blue one?" decline.

I just saw Matt Dillon walking by himself on and Prince and Thompson (I saw him at 5:30). He was wearing jeans, a black sweater and gold rimmed sunglasses. He is much hotter and shorter in person than he is on film...and nobody seemed to be bothering him...

A few minutes ago, as I was walking my cute doggie Flo, I saw recent Academy-award winner (TM) Philip Seymour-Hoffman walking down Marlborough Rd (corner of Dorchester Rd) in the Ditmas Park section of Brooklyn. He was wearing a baggy sweater and looked generally scruffy. He seemed tired and he was (the horror, the horror) smoking a cigarette.

Spotted Paul Giamatti and about 4 fellow, mid-aged friends in front of Ceder on University and 12th Street at about 7pm. He looked handsome (as per usual) in sandals, khaki shorts, a short-sleeved button up shirt and ridiculously dorky glasses—red faced, from the heat (I assume).

It was a busy day: started off with Angela Bassett standing outside the newscorp building on 48th & Avenue of the Americas around 9:30am. She had a handler looking kinda frantic over her transportation. Despite the frenzy, Ms. Bassett looked great in a great green trench coat. Beautiful woman - great skin. Next, I saw (on numerous smoke breaks) James Marsden who looks to be shooting a film ("enchanted", I think). The production has made a 48th a complete clusterfuck, but at least he provides a good view. Lastly, after a run in the park, I was making my way along 59th & fifth around 7:55pm when I noticed a gorgeous woman in a fantastic yellow dress walking a dog. Seems odd that someone would be walking their dog dressed like they were attending the Oscars. As I get closer, it appears the dog walker is none other than Bridget Moynahan. And accompanying her is a tuxedo-clad Colin Farrell. He was, of course, smoking but gracious enough to take over leash duty after he finished his cig.

Saw the object of much Hollywood "it" girl fighting, Adam Levine from Maroon 5, at Mercer Kitchen on Saturday night. He was sitting at the center table eating dinner with a bunch of friends. Looked like they were having a great time, especially when a ginormous seafood platter came out. Weirdest thing though, one of the guys had his face painted like a lion. I'm talking full blown carnival face paint. Please tell me that this isn't the next way for hipsters to set themselves apart? I'm still traumatized from the resurgence of neon and leggings.

Last night (4/28): I saw uber-producer and Ron Howard business partner Brian Grazer canoodling (to borrow the Page Six-coined term) with a PYT at Double Sevens in the meatpacking district. Apparently he's moved on pretty fast after his recently announced separation from wife Gigi Grazer.

12.000 p.m. Apple Store: Spike Lee wandering around, buying speakers and headphones and ipod gadgets. Wearing a cool necklace, thick-rimmed glasses. No one seemed to notice.

4/26, 11 a.m. Saw Gretchen Mol (not nearly as tall as she looks in her Bettie Page film clips) on 5th Ave at 54th. She was with a friend & trying on her new sunglasses. Wore jeans with brown boots over them. Cute but nothing extraordinary. Why do all stars have bobble heads?

4/26 11 a.m. Outside Bergdorf's, spotted a very tall, tanned Oscar de la Renta being interviewed for a TV crew. Very debonair but we had to ask a tourist with camera phone in hand, "Who is that Tan Man?"

Saw Seann William Scott walking on 6th and Bleeker, hidden behind a scruffy beard & dark aviators. Nice disguise, but I still recognized him! Totally caught me gawking at him.

My husband and I spotted a chubby Christie Brinkley having dinner at Cipriani's (Downtown). I noticed her casual peace sign orange sweatshirt first. It took me a while to realize it was her because of the extra lbs. Her face looks good though and her smile is still as attractive as ever. We also saw Lenny Kravitz (total rock star) with his daughter Zoe. She looks EXACTLY like Lisa Bonet. He is very slight and has a much smaller waist than Christy Brinkley. In fact, I would guess she could take him down pretty easily.

At 12:45, saw Johnny Damon walking up Third Avenue from 51st street to 56th street. Was with his wife (who is smoking) and a gray haired gentleman. Stopped on corner of 52nd Street to caress his wife. Very nice. Said "welcome to NY Johnny", he smiled and said "thanks"

Just saw Chloe Sevigny walking into Mixona, the fancy l lingerie store on Mott St. She was wearing white jeans and a nave blue jacket. Looked blonder, shorter and much hotter than in any movie/show I have seen her in. She was alone.

I saw Leelee Sobieski on Lafayette near Astor Place yesterday (4/27). She was with some other chick and had some little shit dog on a leash. She was tall and surprisingly didn't resemble a Somali. Not bad looking, not really pretty either. Was on my way to yoga where I took my third class of the week with Russell Simmons. Denise Vasi was not in attendance. He is a really nice man and can stand on his head longer than I can.

Nina Garcia looking picture-perfect as she walked past Swift on E 4th St, Thursday night around 11:30pm. She was strolling with a man who was sporting entirely too much hair gel. Or maybe that's my Hoegaarten talking.

Saw Martin Short walking east on 57th st. toward 10th Ave. Pushing a bike with one hand and holding his cell with the other. I listened for the zany voice but heard only normal sounding murmurs.

Saw Judy Greer having drinks at restaurant Marseille in Hell's Kitchen (excuse me, "Clinton"). She was with two guys, looked like actor types. Must have been co-stars from her new movie TV Set, which premieres at the Tribeca Film Fest tomorrow. At the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of Civic Duty that night, I saw a whole buttload of celebs. As we were waiting to go in, we saw a very pretty Drea de Matteo (no Christofuh in sight), an autograph-signing but beaten-down looking Jason Patric (I kept thinking that I couldn't believe he ran off with Julia Roberts), and a geriatric looking Bruce Dern. I saw the whole cast of the Civic Duty including a very hot (and seemingly humble) Peter Krause as well as Richard Schiff, the guy from the West Wing, who commented that my hand was cold when he shook it. We can't all be warm and toasty, Schiffy. I also saw Michael C. Hall from Six Feet Under sneak by—he looked disheveled but in a sort of cute way. Michael Moore was also hunched and scowling at the back of the theatre— damn, the man is ugly. No wonder he's so angry.

At the scarily hilarious Dina Martina show at the Cutting Room last night, saw Whoopi Goldberg and S. Epatha Merkerson, pleasant and chatting with Dina after the show. And saw Eric McCormack with cap and furrowed brow on 14th and 7th on the way to the show. He'll always be gay Will to me.

Saw Jewel in Chelsea Market recording at the MLB.com studios (don't ask). She wouldn't let anyone including the CEO watch her performance, which was weird. Taller than I expected - very nice hair.

On Wednesday the 26th at around 2pm, I was with a friend at My Most Favorite Dessert—the kosher restaurant on 45th street. All of a sudden I heard an unmistakable nasal voice- Fran Drescher was there in a black Puma sweatsuit with pink accents and moviestar (ok, b-list sitcom star) glasses. She was seated near the window.

Saw Michael Keaton walking with a younger guy, they stopped and talked for a bit on the corner of 50th and 8th for about 5 minutes then started walking up town.

4/27 - 7pm—outside Local (2nd ave & 53d) spotted girl with flowing black hair streaked with red (ala Mary Jane from Spiderman) and equally flowing black dress, ready to make a joke about Halloween in April, as she turned, realized it was Heather Matarazzo. Piercing blue eyes and much taller than expected. Glad I didn't make a rude comment about her style as I would've felt like the very mean girl from Welcome to the Dollhouse.

Last night at a preview performance of Faith Healer (at the Booth on 45th - it was awesome, BTW) I saw Frances Sternhagen sitting in the center of the orchestra section. At intermission, she and a friend came toward the back, where I was hanging out, stretching my legs, and I had the chance to eavesdrop a bit on her conversation...she was very gracious to all of the folks who stopped to tell her how wonderful she is.

April 27, 6:15 pm, 56th and 9th Ave. Ex-Olympian, Oksana Baiul, w/ a very blonde Russian-looking woman in the passenger seat, driving a silver Mercedes across 9th ave. Oksana's cute, very blonde, herself. She was trying to catch a light, but didn't succeed and almost ran over my feet. Didn't she have some troubles in the driving department not long ago? She should really be more careful.

Ran into Candice Bergen at the lobby of the Time Warner Center. She's blonde and good-looking, but her daughter Chl e Malle, is to DIE for!

I saw Joe Pantoliano on 45th, walking in front of Naples (by the Met Life Building/Grand Central) with an attractive brunette in her early 30s. He asked someone which direction was north. He had on his trademark style hat, worn backwards.

Spotted Ellen Barkin yesterday, sitting by window table with a friend at French Roast on 6th Ave. I thought it was kinda funny, given I would've never recognized her if not for all her crazy shoeless pictures (getting kicked out of her apartment) in the Post. Not twenty minutes later, I was still in the neighborhood, turned a corner...and there she was again! Walking down 10th st, alone. I swore then that if I bumped into her again that day that I would go up to her and ask her if she was stalking me. But alas, no more Barkin sightings for the day.

Saw Denis Leary standing in a doorway next to American Apparel on Broadway and 4th, wearing his signature sunglasses and a scruffy carhartt jacket and looking a bit as if he sneaked off work from the firestation round the corner. He was chatting to a few tourists from out of town and seemed to be quite friendly 'cause everybody was grinning.

Does Tatum O'Neal still count as a celebrity? Saw her yesterday night at Jean Claude on Sullivan St, surrounded by a bunch of weird looking males. She looks fantastic; gorgeous $500 highlights, beautiful nose and lips, perfect make up. When I grow up I don't want to be like her.

Martha Stewart in light beige pants and a chartreuse (lime green) cardigan joining a table of 4 ladies (one might have been her sister) and two men...one older bald white haired guy and a gay looking sleazy PR type dude at a large round table at Nobu 57, straight up in front of the stairs. Couple of bamboo cold sake holders regularly placed on the table. Martha looks good...went and greeted a gaggle of social types and lots of young chicklets at next door table with a skinny patriarch. She looks like she is keeping the weight off. Young rake left by the time we did, at about 8.15 pm. The rest were still there including reigning Martha!

Yesterday I noticed an adorable yellow lab on Greenwich Street in TriBeCa, so I touched down and began loving on it like an absolute douche bag (e.g. "Aren't you a pretty girl....Yes you are..."). Then I realized that Edie Falco was holding the dog's leash.

Saw Michael Imperioli at the corner of Reade and W. Broadway at 1AM on Saturday night (Sun Morning). He was walking north on West Broadway. His hair was longer than on the Sopranos and much lighter color. We made eye contact and he rushed off before we could harass him.

My friend and I practically collided with Jesse Bradford outside of the Smoke Shop on 6th ave and 3rd around 7pm. He was on his cell phone and was looking schlumpy—large tee and basketball shorts.

Hey, I saw Maura Tierney walking down W. 45th Street, about to cross 6th Avenue. Was with a friend and looked tiny, with lighter brownish highlighted hair. Much cuter in person!!

3am, Cain nightclub...all smiles, girl gone wild owner Joe Francis partying until the wee hours

Sexy Simon Rex at club home on 27th between 10th and 11th... 1:45am April 28th... drinking beer with a bunch of buddies...super casual, super hot!!!

We ran into Tony Sirico (Paulie) in the lobby at the Marriott in Times Square and subsequently in the Atrium Lounge of the same hotel....

Saw fashion icon Diane Von Furstenberg at the opening for South Street Seaport Museum's new exhibition. She looked thin and stylish, and extremely serious.

LA Reid and his son Aaron at Burger Joint in the Le Parker Meridien Hotel (57th and 6th). Staff member asked him to sign the wall reserved for celebrity guests' signatures, and he obliged by writing his name in all caps near Katie Couric's.

Last night, around 9, endlessly waiting next to me for the R train at 23rd and Broadway was B.D. Wong. He looks damn good for his age, sporting modtastic attire, two other passengers recognized him and camera-phoned him ever so obviously. What stop did he get off at, City Hall (I am not kidding), because he does have to report to SVU. And no, he did not have a white collar on or the look of a man exposed to endless amount of prison sex from all the OZ characters, aka Law and Order crew.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers Ronde Barber dining at Del Frisco's with San Francisco 49er owners Lisa and Nikki DeBartolo. Also, one table away was Former Dallas Cowboy player Michael Irvin.

I pulled my drunken star-struck roomie off of Mike Meyers, Mr. Austin Powers himself, at a Mexican bar on Crosby. He was very gracious, even though she interrupted an intimate conversation with his date, some random woman who was very bitchy about the situation.

Axl Rose and two whore-y looking former groupies in Raoul's Friday, April 28th. No one seemed to notice but why would they? He looks nothing like he did back in the 1790's when we all listened to G&R and thought they were actually good. You could bounce a quarter off his tight face and that sucker would hit the ceiling. The two "women" with him applied make-up with a trowel.

Hulk Hogan sitting shotgun in a black SUV stopped at the corner of 7th Ave. and 57th St. Looked relaxed in his shades and bandana, smiled and gave us the peace sign when we waved.

OK normally Michael McKean- aka David St. Hubbins from "This is Spinal Tap" probably wouldn't be hot enough to include in a Gawker stalk. But get this, this afternoon (4/26/6) I was riding the 1 train uptown when I saw Mr. McKean standing and reading a book. I was about to go up to him and tell him I'm a fan when I noticed the book he was reading had a huge red swastika on the cover and spine of the book. My jew-dar told me to avoid McKean until he got off at 79th street!
