Sort of off-topic, but did anyone else think Nicole Krauss' "The History of Love" really sucked ass?

The reviews made it sound like she was the second coming of Shakespeare, but I didn't think her book was particularly well-written or even that interesting. I was sorry I spent the $25 bucks.
