Glaring Omissions reproduces tips received from readers in the last week that weren't covered on Gawker, either by accident (rarely) or design (almost always). Feel free to remark on these items' relative worthiness for coverage and/or relative stupidity. And, as ever, we're open to suggestions for future posts either via email or in the comments below.

• "The worlds first magazine on cotton."

• "Why haven't you made fun of this yet? The pic they show of 'hot' is hilarious."

• "Thanks for that link to our story 'Daddy's Girl,' about hedge fund millionaire Bruce McMahan who married his daughter. McMahan didn't appreciate the story too much, and he made a lame attempt to haul us into court over it. Thought you might have some interest in our follow-up column."

• "Worst deal EVER. Like anyone really needs to ghostwrite to get an 'in' and fucking Backpacker."

• "It seems as though Wenner Media is looking for an archivist."

• "Look at yesterdays date [10-11-06] upside down ... Spooky."

• "Does anyone else find it a little weird that the New York Times is trying to be all hip?"

• "im surprised theres no speculation that this howard stern character is basically after her money. weird."
