Glaring Omissions reproduces tips received from readers in the last week that weren't covered on Gawker, either by accident (rarely) or design (almost always). Feel free to remark on these items' relative worthiness for coverage and/or relative stupidity. And, as ever, we're open to suggestions for future posts either via email or in the comments below.

• "Y'know I've been reading Gawker since Monica Lewinski was an intern until one fateful day I fell off a ladder while attempting to plug a leak in the roof. When I finally managed to make it back to my keyboard and muster the strength to type in G..a w..k..e..r Jessica Coen had vanished into thin air. I miss the occasional photograph of the spunky looking Ms. Coen (although that rear shot of Ms. Allison is contributing to my recovery) so if she's only been kidnapped by a rival organization put me down for 25 bucks towards her ransom and safe return. However if Jessica has moved onto another publication perhaps you will kindly inform this reader where she is now ... she's proof reading for Playboy ? I don't believe it !"
• "Hi Guys, do you know where I can buy adderall online without prescription?"

  • "Your site today is like an engorged clit of a female yeti, getting stroked by underlying pine brush as she plods through the forest. Everything a visitor touches, such as a video button, triggers an e-mail form. You're like a lonely aunt sending a nephew postage stamps. Al right, here's some mail."
  • "I'm as good a liberal democrat as the next guy, but how far up Clinton's ass is NY Magazine? Wasn't she on the cover last year too?"
  • "TNT reran the Adrienne Shelly L&O episode Sunday. Pure coincidence, just like the Saddam death sentence coming 2 days before the election."
  • "Ummm... you've really gotta point out the hypocrisy in Spencer promoting himself for 'traditional values' - the man allegedly had an affair with his chief of staff, then divorced his wife to marry the COS and have kids with her. Traditional??"
  • "Gawker has always linked pictures of naked hipsters, but when did big black dildos become "SFW"?! I just got busted by my IT guy when I innocently had gawker up and it was scrolled to your Blogorrhea post. Yikes!"
  • "so Disturbing Behavior is playing on lifetime, and i just now recognized the prophetic casting of katie holmes. also, james marsden is so good looking."
  • "any speculation as to whether k-fed's people might have release the teaser trailer from the video with britney in order to give him some leverage in light of impending divorce proceedings?"
  • "I'm a HR Consultant for a luxury magazine based in DC. We're looking to a higher a few people for various roles and I am wondering, how can I gain access to your website to post jobs?"
  • "You need to run a survey re: which odd celebrity will take Federline under a wing/cloak of continued demi-celebness. Such as his ex Shar hooking up for a while with Tarantino (if memory serves), who will be the next "unusual" celeb to befriend le Fed? David Byrne? Ellen Barkin? That blind opera guy? Fran Drescher? Shaq? Edgar Bronfman?"
  • "just before 9a (your time) soledad got testy with some freshman dem from arizona, telling her something like, 'that's a terrific political answer, but the *question* was - what is your response to mr. delay's comments...' the best part, tho', was that a few seconds later, she wrapped up the interview with a 'congrats on your impending nuptials...' to the woman. ha ha. dear soledad, there's a reason 'impending' is usually paired with 'doom.'"
  • "who is alex balk? I thought someone named Emily and someone else were the new editors of Gawker. Why is this Alex Balk person credited."
  • "Ms. Stanley: Assuming this is Alessandra Stanley. I was watching 'The Factor' rail against your depiction of Fox Cable's Funereal mood and thinking, 'that is exactly what I saw.' I was telling everyone I knew that, watching Fox's coverage, I felt like I was watching coverage of an assassination. The were notably crestfallen. Anyone who could not see that has no antenna. The regrouped a bit the following day but it was remarkable. Kudos."
  • "Also, regarding the latest Sean Delonas cartoon, why is Bert (from Bert & Ernie) in the lower right hand corner? We know Bert's gay, but a Jewish stereotype? Just saying..."
  • "post vs. daily news: what is going on with these two papers? all week long I have seen an (hourly) worker from one of them with a stack of papers near subway stations trying to give away their paper for free and this afternoon (by the Jay Street station in downtown Brooklyn) I was basically accosted b y two different individuals trying to give me a free paper - one from the post and one from the daily news. I noticed their (huge) stacks of papers were side by side. is it a contest to see whose stack of paper goes fastest? is that how they will determine whose circulation was greater this week? someone please, stop the madness!"
  • "JUMPING JESUS ON A POGO STICK can't you people see that Cory Kennedy legitimacy has down syndrome?????? It's just not right to make fun of her."
