We've got to hand it to Queens Councilman Peter Vallone: Never has one politician advanced more ridiculous, attention-getting legislation. He's the one who got his panties all in a bunch over graffiti and wants to jail parents if their kids are caught drinking. Now he wants to overturn a state law that bans dog breed-specific legislation in order to ban pit bulls in New York City. Vallone himself has a bichon frise, which as everyone knows, is a total pussy dog, so we can't say that we're completely surprised about his proposal.
