You have questions, we have some answers! The "Most Viewed" section on the right-hand side? The top five people display—these are the five most popular profiles on the site, ranked by the number of times the profile has been viewed. If you click on "More," you'll see the entire list of people in order from most viewed to least viewed. This is changing in real time, so if you notice the order changing, that's because certain profiles are simply getting more traffic than other profiles.

(Oh, as for why a shadowy, obscure figure like Vivi Nevo is in second place, it seems he's the source of endless fascination in China—his fiancée is actress is Zhang Ziyi—and so people have been coming by the thousands from various Chinese websites.)

The "Highest Rated" section is not determined by us. It's based on the ratings submitted by people who've registered for a free user account. It's an average. If you create an account and you give someone a 99, it will be averaged with every other user who has rated that person. So depending on how many other people have also rated that person, you may or may not see the overall rating change.
