New York's most successful real estate broker, Dolly Lenz, has never been known for her modesty. And don't think for a minute that the falling real estate market has put a damper on her taste for exaggeration. In the current issue of ForbesLife, Lenz keeps up the tradition of hyperbole as she rattles off all sorts of impressive facts about her day-to-day routine. Back in 2007, for example, she said she owned three Blackberrys to keep in touch with her clients at all times. By February 2008, her collection had grown to four. Now? The one-time Blackberry spokesmodel now says she keeps 12 of them with her.

Other astounding details Lenz offers up in the mag: She says she still manages to find time every morning to go for a 10-mile run in Central Park. (Naturally she runs with several of her Blackberrys on her, just in case a client has a sudden desire to buy a $30 million apartment.) The 12 devices are flooded with up to 800 emails a day, and she usually only manages to sleep three hours a night. (She gets five hours of rest on "a good night.") The last vacation she took was 20 years ago when she went on a three-day trip to Hawaii. And Lenz says she spends $20,000 a month on her business attire. Of course, she has no time to wander around various stores looking for clothing to purchase. She says her 20K/month shopping sprees take place during a single, 10-minute visit to Bergdorf's each month. At least she can afford it. Lenz says that she doesn't collect a salary from Prudential Douglas Elliman and relies entirely on the money she makes on commissions, an estimated $9 to $10 million a year.
