Someone has created a very well-executed Facebook page for Prince William, a.k.a. William Arthur Philip Louis. He hasn't friended us back yet, but we hear that some of his Facebook friends include social-climbing socialite Olivia Palermo (who may be in on the joke, but probably figures one might as well friend royalty), actress Mischa Barton, and designer Chris Benz.

I don't believe British royals actually have surnames, the just belong to "the House of...". If he had a surname, it would be something Germanic (read Nazi), give his father's father's origins.
I think HK-Guy is confusing Wills' father (Charles) with his grandfather (Phillip aka Duke of Edinburgh). They do have a surname (Windsor) and it was previously something like Saxe Coburg Gotha. Phillips name was Mountbatten (changed from Battenburg for the same reason) and though a Greek prince was actually of German extraction. Bit unfair/wrong to call him a Nazi when he fought for UK in WWII and his uncle was a British Admiral. Phillip was mighty pissed off when his wife made him take her name (just 'cos she was Queen - I mean who does she think she think she is?) And just to confuse matters Wills and Harry use the surname Wales (as in Charles being prince of)in the army.
