A stimulated Regis doesn't understand "Teenage Lobotomy," but wants to use it later on at the club, and he thinks Joey's leather pants are fancy. Conversely, Kathie Lee sits mum, staring with desire at the impetuous Dee Dee.
Now this is my kind of daytime encounter. There was a time when Jerry Springer brought on (worst musician ever) G.G. Allin, Donahue brought on Marilyn Manson, and even Regis and Kathie Lee were pushed to bring on The Ramones, as seen here. Is the speed of controversy destroying the actual concept or is Regis just getting old?
