Seems that Letterman just couldn't wait until 11:35 to insult NBC. CBS just posted his anti-NBC rant from tonight's upcoming show on their YouTube account.

Letterman talks about his time at the Peacock and deploys a number of charming old-timey insults to express how he felt about some of the people who used to/still do work there: "pinheads," "nitwits," "twits," "knuckledraggers" and "mouth-breathers."

But the main question is: What NBC bigwig did Letterman uninvite to a Late Night with David Letterman anniversary party because, "when you're this dumb there's a price that comes with that. You can't be walking around stupid and expect to be invited to parties."

Jeff Zucker was our first guess, of course. But then we remembered that, during the Letterman era, young Zucker was toiling away on the Today Show. The outright destruction of NBC was just a glimmer in his eye.

Stay tuned to Gawker.tv for a round-up of tonight's inevitable late-night theatrics.
