Fallen NY1 anchor Dominic Carter has been sentenced to 30 days in jail for beating his wife. He and his wife also got special little presents from the judge, an insane person.

In an unusual gesture, [Justice Arnold] Etelson gave Marilyn Carter a green sticker that reads "Attitude Makes the Difference."

"I want you to post it on your bathroom mirror so that you'll see it when he comes home," Etelson said as he handed it to her, prompting Marilyn Carter to make a displeased face.

And even though Carter turned over a wad of crumpled bills, a ring, a wallet and sunglasses before the hearing, Etelson wanted him to take one thing to prison — an article about actor Matt Damon.
