Rolling Stone publisher Jann Wenner sold his stake in an Upper West Side townhouse to wife Jane, from whom he is separated but not divorced. Jann and his boyfriend retain their condo a few blocks away. Also, three other pads:

In Mountauk, upstate in Tivoli and in Sun Valley Idaho where Jann skiis for weeks on end. Which sounds like a lot of homes, but that have three kids, people. Jann also co-owns a place in East Hampton with Jane. Welcome to his life.
