Janice Min, the former Us Weekly editor-in-chief who resigned last summer and may now be planning to launch a "celebrity mom-based website" for media mogul Barry Diller, is looking for a buyer for her Soho loft.

Min and her husband, former Horace Mann history teacher Peter Sheehy, purchased the loft at 285 Lafayette Street for just over $4 million in 2005. Now it's up for sale for $7.395 million. The fifth-floor apartment, which comes with "sleek Italian cabinetry and arctic white countertops" "1890's rough hewn oak beams," "oversized marble bath en suite complete with deep soaking tub," and 14 oversized windows, also comes with some pretty prominent neighbors: David Bowie and Iman live upstairs.
