Cops are people, too. They drive drunk with weapons and swerve across mountain roads at 7 o'clock in the morning just like the rest of us. And this on-duty Colorado trooper was cuffed and stuffed, just like an average Joe.

[David] Dolan, who authorities say was carrying a gun, was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence and illegally carrying a weapon. It is against the law in Colorado to possess a firearm while intoxicated."

So it's illegal to carry a gun while you're drunk in Colorado? Way to take the fun out of Rocky Mountain drinking games.
