The 2010 Pulitzer Winners were announced just minutes ago. That clapping you hear is coming mainly from DC; the Washington Post pulled in twice as many awards as the NYT. The National Enquirer, alas, won nothing.

The WaPo landed four awards; the NYT, two. (Although if you count the ProPublica collaborative investigative project that ran in the NYT magazine, that makes three. And Anthony Shadid has since left the WaPo for the NYT; if you move his award with him, the NYT wins!) Your 2010 Pulitzer winners:
