Showbiz spawn Mark Ronson is a music producer and turntablist to the stars.

UK-born Ronson is the son of socialite Ann Dexter-Jones, who brought her brood (including "famous" sisters Charlotte and Samantha) to New York when Mark was eight. While still in college he launched his music career, performing in a rock-funk band called the Whole Earth Mamas. He later turned to the Technics and landed his first DJ gig in the early '90s at Peter Gatien's Club USA. By the late '90s, he'd become one of the most popular DJs/social fixtures on the scene, serving as "official company DJ" to Tommy Hilfiger and the turntablist of choice for celeb-heavy events. Ronson remains an exceedingly popular DJ for fashion and celeb events but can also add music producer, professional modelizer, and downtown social fixture to his resume.

His produced tracks for megastars like Christina Aguilera, Lily Allen, Robbie Williams, and Ghostface Killah, and did extensive work on the late Amy Winehouse's second album Back to Black. As far as his own work goes, Ronson has released several albums, the most popular being 2007's album of covers called Version, which includes his take on Britney's "Toxic," complete with beyond-the-grave guest rapping from Ol' Dirty Bastard.

Ronson has been known to get around. High-profile exes include model Frankie Rayder and Rashida Jones, but Ronson finally settled down with French actress Joséphine de La Baume when the pair married in 2011. [Image via Getty]
