The dapper, well-groomed Rellie works in finance, but he's better known for his social presence and for his Brit designer wife, Lucy Sykes.

The son of a British diplomat, Rellie was raised in London and attended the right schools (Eton, Cambridge) before joining the investment bank Schroders. Stints in the Singapore and New York offices followed, and he remained with the company until 1996, when he went off on his own and co-founded Business Development Asia LLC, which assists American companies seeking to invest in Asia. It's not his banking career, though, that's made him something of a name in town—it's his ubiquity on the social circuit.
