Last week, the resculpted Heidi went home for the first time. Tonight's episode of the Hills saw Spencer taking over as conductor of his family's crazy train and ruin a perfectly good BBQ with crystals and dramatics.

Heidi and Spencer arrive fashionably late to Kristin's house for what appears to be a largely food-free and booze-heavy barbecue. Heidi shows off her new body to her friends for the first time, giving a round of "surgery hugs" and stating her desire for bigger boobs - size H's, for Heidi of course! It isn't long before Spencer starts spazzing out and calls his sister a "crazy bitch" after she tried to say hi to him, sending her into tears and him on an over the top maniacal tirade.

To calm down, Spencer goes to rant to his friend Charlie. Spencer claims that the power of crystals will calm him down and make everything right. This behavior makes even his Hollywood satellite "friends" wary and begin to think that he is indeed losing his mind.

Last week's episode was sad, but this week's episode is terrifying. These people need help, and fast.
