Everyone's talking about how great last night's Saturday Night Live was with Betty White. In honor of SNL's newfound glory, here's an sketch from an earlier golden period (1993). It was written by Jack Handey and stars Phil Hartman.

Jack Handey was most famous at SNL for his "Deep Thoughts with Jack Handey" segments. But he also wrote some of the weirdest sketches in the late 80s and early 90s, including Toonces the Driving Cat, Super Fun Ball and Unfrozen Caveman Lawyer. Jack Handey is great. (Incidentally, if anyone knows where to find a copy of the sketch he wrote for Harvey Keitel, "An insane idiot and his collection of descending size deer heads" please let me know!)

If you have any suggestions for future sketches, please leave them in the comments.
