There are so many things you can find at the beach. Shells! Sea glass! Driftwood! And, uh, cocaine: A beachcomber in Galveston, Texas, stumbled across a bag with 16 bricks of coke—an estimated $2.1 million haul.

What would you do, in a situation like this? Keep the blow, and you could find yourself living a wacky crime caper with a hilarious fat sidekick and an ultimately happy ending. Or, you could be the first five minutes of a C.S.I. episode.

The unnamed woman who found the drugs chose option B:

She used her cell phone to call police, who discovered a black bag containing the cocaine bricks that weighed a total of 37 pounds 2 ounces. Each brick was marked with bar codes and wrapped in a rubber sheet, a large balloon and another plastic layer, Heyse said.

"There were barnacles growing on the bag so you know it was probably in the water a long time," he said. He said the bricks were so wrapped so well that only four of the bricks had been contaminated by seawater.

Gives a new meaning to the phrase "coke wrap," right?
