Van der Sloot—suspect in the murder of Natalee Holloway in Aruba and Stephanie Flores in Peru—is currently sitting in the Castro Castro prison, where In Session/CNN sent a reporter, Jean Casarez, for an exclusive inside look at his cell. The toilet is pretty disgusting, and it's a small space, but at least he's not in general population. Here is the video, where, besides being totally surprised there are actual prisoners inside a prison, Casarez says from inside van der Sloot's cell, "Here are his pants, and over here, here's his bed. It's a mattress."
