Louisiana rapper Lil Boosie—who's already serving a ten-year jail sentence on drug and gun charges—has now also been hit with a first degree murder charge. Just one murder? Well, maybe not just one.

Lil Boosie and two other men were indicted last week in the shooting death of Terry Boyd last October. Boosie may face the death penalty, which would be a first among prominent rappers, as far as I can remember. [Update: Wrong. Cool C.] He was also charged with smuggling a shitload of drugs into prison. Oh, and by the way, according to Billboard: "In addition to these charges, prosecutors believe the 27-year-old rapper may have been involved in at least five other slayings."

Six murders! Christ. And uh, pretty much all his videos ever aren't going to help his case. Particularly not this one. [Billboard]
