According to a new Deloitte "Ethics & Workplace Survey", 1/3 of working Americans say they're totally going to look for a new job once this recession is over. Because they don't trust their current employers anymore. More work for you!

Everyone (who, y'know, has a job right now) wants to quit because they don't trust their employers anymore, presumably having witnessed how they handled a major crisis like the great recession. Lack of communication and transparency seem to be the biggest gripes, maybe demonstrated through a series of harrowing, scary layoffs and budget cuts. So basically a third of the polled workforce has been so demoralized by the way their companies have treated them that they're going to switch jobs, only to be completely demoralized all over again when another recession hits and look for yet another job. The great American rat race continues.
