Despite all the paparazzi-hounding and privacy loss, one-third of surveyed Americans think that being an actor is the ultimate dream job, says a Marist poll. Presumably they mean Movie Star, not struggling regional theater actor. Second dreamiest job? Athlete, naturally.

Only 13% wanted to be the President, though we're forced to assume that most of those people are Kenyan Muslims who don't actually live here. Everyone else knows it's far more lucrative to run, lose, and then get your own show or book deal or Twitter account or whatever.
