Still angry after his failed bid for president of Haiti, Wycef Jean hit back at Sean Penn for questioning his ability to handle the job: "maybe he ain't see me in Haiti because he was too busy sniffing cocaine."

Wyclef performed the other night at Hot 97's "On Da Reggae Tip" show at Hammerstein Ballroom, and he addressed two of his most vocal critics from his attempt to run for president of Haiti — Penn and former Fugees bandmate Pras:

If I was president….I got a message for Sean Penn, maybe he ain't see me in Haiti because he was too busy sniffing cocaine. I got a message for Praswell, even though you don't want to support me, I got love for you, even though you only kicked eight bars for the Fugees."

Wyclef is apparently still upset after Penn told Larry King:

I'm not accusing Wyclef Jean of being an opportunist, I don't know the man... One of the reasons I don't know very much about Wyclef Jean is I haven't seen or heard anything of him in these last six months that I've been in Haiti."

He performs his song "If I Was President" in the video, so here's a suggestion for an updated chorus:

"If I was president, I'd get elected on Friday, steal what little money Haiti has on Saturday, be back in Jersey on Sunday."
