Accused murderer Joran Van der Sloot got a surprise this week when Natalee Holloway's mother, Beth Holloway-Twitty, snuck into Peru's Castro Castro Prison to see him. When asked about Natalee's murder, Van der Sloot handed her his lawyer's business card.

Holloway-Twitty snuck into the prison on Wednesday with a Dutch journalist, Peter de Vries. A Peruvian journalist told NBC, "Beth Twitty and Joran van der Sloot met and they spoke for five minutes. But when Beth Twitty asked direct questions about the crime, he refused to answer without having his lawyer present." Van der Sloot reportedly handed her a business card for his Peruvian lawyer, Maximo Altez.

Altez told NBC, "The Dutch media is using Beth Holloway to create a TV special which would include her, the Flores family, and an interview with Joran van der Sloot." The family of Stephany Flores, who Van der Sloot allegedly murdered on the five year anniversary of Holloway's disappearance, declined to take part in what the Flores family's lawyer called "a soap-opera-like special."
