Real Housewife of New Jersey and cookbook author Teresa Giudice landed a cookbook deal with Running Press for FABULICIOUS!: The Italian Family Cookbook, according to Publishers Marketplace. It is to feature "easy, budget-friendly recipes that will please the whole family."

So, like, thirty-minute meals on a bankruptcy budget, New Jersey-style?

Giudice has probably learned a lot about "budget-friendly recipes" recently, especially since she's in debt for $11 million. She's shilling for a tanning salon, selling her mansion, and auctioning everything she and her husband own, including a six-foot tall suit of armor and (yikes) their wedding rings.

Disturbingly, her first cookbook Skinny Italian: Eat It and Enjoy It Live La Bella Vita and Look Great, Too! actually landed on the NYT Paperback Advice bestsellers list, which officially makes her a New York Times bestselling cookbook author. She proudly sticks that bit of info on her Twitter bio and her equally fabulicious website. It's like, literary!

Did you also know that a lawyer for the Dept. of Justice handling her case in federal bankruptcy court filed a complaint because she failed to report a $250,000 book advance from Hyperion for Skinny Italian? Hopefully this time around she reports the book advance money! Look for it in Spring 2011!
