Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole Smith's former lawyer, and one of her doctors were found guilty of conspiracy for feeding the prescription drug addiction that eventually killed her. Now Ms. Smith only has one posthumous court case to be decided.

Stern faced nine felony counts, but was only convicted of two. He returns for sentencing January 6. Smith's doctor Khristine Eroshevich was convicted of four counts of conspiracy, but was acquitted of two. Another doctor, Sandeep Kapoor, was acquitted of all six of his charges.
