In 2008, a member of the New Black Panther Party was seen holding a club outside a Philadelphia polling station, looking intimidating. Fox News went on about this brief incident for two full years. And today, another member is back.

Even though only one iffy voter intimidation complaint was registered in 2008, and the cops removed the New Black Panther shortly after getting word of it, Fox News and other branches of conservative media have spent an incredible amount of time ever since calling the Justice Department corrupt for not bringing a civil rights case against him. This line of thinking presumed that Eric Holder and Barack Obama gave half a shit about the New Black Panther Party, a nothing organization with a few idiots, and would have some sort of problem with prosecuting them if there was a case. Those are questionable presumptions.

And now it's time to do it all over again!

PHILADELPHIA - Fox 29 News ran into a New Black Panther Party member outside as the same Philadelphia polling place where voter intimidation was reported two years ago. He was handing out a sample ballot for the Democrats. [...]

A check with Philadelphia election officials revealed no voter intimidation reports at the polling location related to the man.

If Joe Sestak manages to overcome his three- or four-point polling deficit to beat Republican Pat Toomey in Pennsylvania's Senate race today, Fox News will cancel the rest of its programming for the next decade to cover this local news blurb. Please, if anybody has a problem, call the authorities!
