Poor tourist Daniel Matthew just wanted to photograph the view from the Burj Dubai, the world's tallest building. So it was kind of weird when Tom Cruise appeared. Outside the building. Almost 1500 feet in the air. Want to see?

It must be pretty weird to have a guy rappel right in front of you when you're taking photographs out of the window of the world's tallest building. And it must be even weirder when that guy turns out to be Tom Cruise. Cruise was filming a scene for Mission: Impossible 4, but, you have to admit, you wouldn't be surprised if he was just doing it on his own.
