24-year-old Juan Rodriguez, who was arrested for streaking at an Obama rally, was sentenced to two years' probation yesterday. He told the Philadelphia Daily News, "Philadelphia has a history of streaking." Rodriguez also got stiffed on the $1 million bounty.
