In a refreshingly candid interview this morning, Kristin Cavallari spoke frankly about how "real" the two reality shows (Laguna Beach, The Hills) that launched her info relevance actually were. Her stories include tales of bribery, scheduled meetings and pushy producers.

On The Hills, the girls would film three days a week and meet up for scheduled lunches and were told to talk about things like the upcoming parties in their "social circle." She also shared a story about an MTV producer bribing a nameless cast member with a purse to spread the rumors about Kristin's fictional drug problem. Good heavens! At least she's still friends with Stephen Coletti.
