Portlandia concluded its freshman season this weekend with a little help from some famous friends Heather Graham, Kyle MacLachlan, Nick Kroll. We met a few new characters and watched Fred and Carrie start a national baseball team: The Portland Thinkers.

Heather Graham stopped by the Feminist Bookstore during a journaling workshop and decided to share a page from her diary about how in love she is with her boyfriend Chad (and their new foray into Tantric Sex.) Toni was into it, and texted Heather to meet behind the bookshelves. Aaand scene.

Meet Robert Wilson, an Artistan Bulb Maker whose apprentice Darby has been "sick with a cold" since the very first day she started work. Nick Kroll appears as a customer who's a fan of the dim-lighting.

We met these two chefs during a photoshoot that just keep getting weirder and weirder—until it "out-weirded" itself with bottles of milk.

Finally, Fred and Carrie play obnoxious movie-goers at an outdoor movie. Raise your hand if you've ever been annoyed by people like this before? Exactly. And so ends the first season of Portlandia—but there is good news! IFC picked up the show for another season, so we'll be seeing our favorite Portlandians—Cultist Chicken Farmers, ladies at the Feminist Bookstore, a visit from the wacky Mayor—in under a year's time.
