He was theoretically talking about seniors' unwillingness to allow their Social Security funds to be targeted for cuts. (He has previously called Social Security "a milk cow with 310 million tits.") But he apparently ended up in a rather different place entirely! One that seems to strongly associate rappers with... various bowel-related activities?
