Jodie Foster bought this 7 bedroom, 8 bathroom ranch home in the hills back in 2005, started (and maybe didn't finish?) some renovations, and is now selling the place for almost $2 million more than she bought it for.

Apparently the place might not be in great shape, as the listing says it's a great property to build your dream home. Sounds like a lot of work. Foster already owns another home in LA, so seems wise to dump this one. Oh, and if this property doesn't interest you, you can always buy Donna and Kelly's old 90210 apartment!
