Lindsay Lohan's preliminary evidentiary hearing has concluded, and the news is both good and bad.

Although LiLo's charges were reduced to a misdemeanor, the judge found that the original Disney trainwreck is in violation of her probation yet again. The penalty for the violation will be determined after she stands trial for stealing Kamofie & Co.'s necklace.

Of course, the best news is that we are now on track for a Lindsay Lohan trial-of-the-century. I can't even imagine what kind of outfits she'll wear, but the words "bolero," "latex," and "acid-wash" come to mind. [TMZ, image via Pacific Coast News]
