Last week, VH1 gave us quite a gift when it premiered Mob Wives, which is sort of like The Real Housewives of New Jersey, except it's even trashier and features mob women who aren't shy about mentioning the association. Needless to say, things were intense.

The major piece of drama on the premiere episode centered around the return of Karen Gravano (daughter of Salvatore "Sammy the Bull" Gravano) to Staten Island, much to the chagrin of fellow mob daughter Renee Graziano. Renee had cut off all contact with Karen after her father "flipped" in 1991 and helped bring down John Gotti.

So when Karen showed up—unbeknownst to Renee—at the birthday party of their friend, Carla Facciolo, sparks flew! The confrontation was so intense, apparently, that it continued into tonight's episode—check out the action in the above video.

That's not all, though. Following the big showdown, Renee pulled a Danielle Staub and recounted the night's events to her 16-year-old son, AJ, who really couldn't care less about his mom's drama—but did make sure to remind her of how many time she'd sworn in the span of 45 seconds.
