Why This Credits Roll Was the Best Part of Lady Gaga's HBO Special

Last night, HBO premiered the highly anticipated Lady Gaga Presents the Monster Ball Tour: At Madison Square Garden, a 120-minute concert special—filmed over two sold-out February nights—that showcased the pop star in the core of her element: Performing for thousands of adoring fans, on her own terms and with an off-the-charts level of spectacle only Gaga can conjure up.
This isn't any sort of full review of the special—it's best seen and not read about, anyway—but rather a showcase of its single best moment, which you'll find in the above video.
It's the end-of-show credits roll, shot in black and white, featuring a stripped-down Gaga—along with her background singers—rehearsing an a cappella version of "Born This Way." It's authentic, emotional, vocally superb—basically, it f*cking rocks.
