Anders Breivik has already confessed to carrying out the shooting and bombing that killed 76 people in Norway. But his lawyer appears to be setting up a potential insanity defense. In a press conference, he said "this whole case has indicated that he is insane."

The lawyer, Geir Lippestad, said, "He believes that he is in a war and in a war you can do things like that." He also said Breivik is "very cold" and took drugs to "be strong, to be efficient, to be awake." The lawyer didn't say what kind of drugs, but he probably should, so that we could make sure nobody ever takes them again.
